The details that are made available to us by Stripe are your name, email, zip code, and country. The legal bases on which we rely are (i) performing our contractual obligations and (ii) pursuing our legitimate business interests (i.e., to administer our business). We store such information for the time period required by the accounting law.
Contact information. When you contact us by email, we collect your name, email address, and any information that you provide us with in your message. We use such information to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis on which we rely is pursuing our legitimate business interests (i.e., to operate and expand our business). We store such information until you stop communicating with us.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Testimonials. When you leave a testimonial, we collect your name, email, title, company, social profile link, address and, any other customized information that our clients choose to request you to submit. We process such information to provide our clients with the requested services (i.e., record, make available, and manage your testimonial). The legal basis on which we rely is performing a contract with our client. We store such information until you delete your testimonial or our client deletes your testimonial.
Our role as a data controller and data processor. We act in the capacity of a data controller and a data processor with regard to the personal data processed through the Website and the Services in terms of the applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our role depends on the specific situation in which personal data is handled by us, as explained in detail below:
- Data controller. We are responsible for the collection of your personal data through the the Website and the Services and their further use. We make decisions about the types of personal data that should be collected from you and purposes for which such personal data should be used. Therefore, we act as a data controller with regard to the personal data collected directly through the Solutions (e.g., when you sign up or send us an inquiry). We comply with the data controller’s obligations set forth in the applicable laws.
- Data processor. We act in the capacity of a data processor in situations when our clients use the Services to collect certain personal data from you to collect testimonials (the “Service Data”). We do not own, control, or make decisions about the Service Data. We process the Service Data only in accordance with the instructions issued by a respective data controller (our client). Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Website.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address (which may be deemed your personal information in some countries), browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Website and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The cookies served by Google are anonymous first-party cookies that do not allow us to identify you in any manner. The information generated by cookies will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. To ensure your privacy, your IP address will be anonymised and Google will not combine your IP address with other information Google holds about you. Thus, Google will not be able to identify you. In certain cases (e.g., when required by law or when third parties conduct services on behalf of Google), Google may transfer the information to third parties. If your personal data is aggregated or de-identified in a way that it can no longer be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person, it will not be considered personal data and we may use it for any business purpose.

- To enable user-to-user communications. We may use your information in order to enable user-to-user communications with each user's consent.

Opting out of email marketing: If you receive our email marketing, you can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list — however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Lonely Dev Inc has not sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. Lonely Dev Inc will not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users and other consumers.
Your rights with respect to your personal data
Right to request deletion of the data - Request to delete
You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.
